I came to get spotted gum slats for a side gate and it was rather late in the day as I drove all the way from the West! I cannot forget the excellent and professional service that I received. I believe I was served by the owner. This guy ensured I got the right lengths and verifying with me despite it was near COB for the day. He conscientiously picked the appropriate lengths to minimise wastage. Honestly, I got much more accomplished within that few hours than being at some big warehouse waiting forever to be served. Very pleased.read more

Found them on the internet for 45 x 90 Merbau dressed timber. I needed it quickly so I called and they said likely to be the next day. I called back after lunch and spoke to Dan and was told I couldn't get a time. I was a little frustrated and said please do you best because I was really hoping to get it early the next day. Next minute I got a call saying it is on the truck for that afternoon. The wood was of a really nice quality and finished beautifully. It was a good customer experience.read more

I visited them in search of palling fence extention about 600mm high, well they didn't had any in stock but they offered to build something custom within sort period and comparatively better price.read more
