Ever since we moved into our Cochranes Rd site, it was clear we needed to do something to fix the frontage. The retaining wall had long since disintegrated and the chain wire fence was holding back the soil. After developing and then rejecting plans to put small factories at the front, it became a stand alone project.
Before….
When all the planning and permissions were done, teams from LTP, Levers Fencing, ABL Decking and Wetlands and Wildlife Creations came and created this over 3 months from Oct to Dec 2023
Of course it didn’t stop there! The 4 level, 400 sq mtr new front garden bed called out for native ground covers, grasses and shrubs. Beth from Wetlands helped with a suggested planting list. This pic, taken in Oct 2024 shows how quickly they became established.
And look at them now! In Feb of 2025. This space is completely unrecognisable!
